Commercial Analyst (m/f/d)

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support sales team during acquisition phase of all pursued opportunities
• Strategic and operative volume- and sales planning: coordination, timing, process control
• Ensure data accuracy and data maintenance in sales tool Xotigo (salesforce)
• Support sales team to identify claim potential and its realization (volume claims, inflation, et al.)
• Guarantee comprehensive claim tracking to ensure full transparency and proper documentation
• Key user for sales tool Xotigo in order to extract data at all time
• Create and maintain enhanced dashboards for regular reports, plus provide data for management reviews (performance review, customer strategy review et al.)
• Overdue and giveback tracking for each plant

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Engineering, data science, economics or in a related field
• Experience in use of CRM tool such as salescore or salesforce
• Proven knowledge of PowerBI or similar reporting dashboards
• Advanced experience with MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly motivated to work on improving sales processes
• Team-oriented mindset with focus on collective goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
