Commercial BD Manager

Location: Seoul, Korea (remote work)

Key Responsibilities:

1. +3~5 years’ experience sales/technical sales in Biologics business /bioprocess business/ cell and gene therapy business
2. Prefer deep understanding Antibody drug development experience/ cell and gene therapy business experience
3. Prefer CDMO sales/BD experience
4. Business development for ProBio services, including identifying customer needs, promoting GenScript ProBio business (biologics and cell & gene therapy business), enhancing customer cooperation intention and business negotiation;
5. Expand the new accounts, Key accounts development, and tight bonding with KOL
6. License out GenScript ProBio antibody asset
7. Implement strategic plan and execution to meet target
8. LTC (Leads to Cash) sales process management. Active and clear process management to effectively achieve business development goals and risk avoidance; analyze and report corresponding data to optimize work directions in time;
9. Effectively coordinate the relevant departments internally for sales and cash achievement, and effectively manage customer expectations and business brands externally;
10. Continue to optimize business workflow and pain points to improve business development efficiency and competitiveness;
11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Education/Experience:

1. Master's degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field;
2. More than 3-5 year of biologics/ cell and gene business related job experience is a plus;
3. Prefer Antibody research or development / cell and gene therapy development experience (minimum 3 years)
4. Excellent communication skills, learning ability, management ability and execution ability;
5. Intermediate or above English communication skills is preferred;
6. Highly in line with company values.
