Commercial Controller

We are hiring for our partner who is building a growing international hub and are looking for a Commercial Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to support strategic planning activities, deliver business insights, and partner with key stakeholders in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for assigned business areas
• Provide financial and commercial analysis to support business decisions
• Monitor performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and decision-support materials for stakeholders
• Develop and improve KPIs, reports, and dashboards to enhance business performance visibility
• Contribute to process improvements, data quality initiatives, and reporting standardization efforts

Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Controlling, Financial Analysis, or Business Partnering
• Relevant university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with reporting or dashboarding tools are an advantage
