Commercial Director

As Commercial Director at Rhino Entertainment you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, profitability, and market expansion for our organization. Overseeing both strategic and operational aspects, you will be one of the main business stakeholders for new brand/market launches and verticals. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, your responsibilities include formulating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, developing regional commercial strategies, and securing new business opportunities. In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind revenue generation, market penetration, and team leadership.

What your role would look like:

Strategic Market Expansion:

• Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer on strategic initiatives.
• Scout and secure new business opportunities, penetrating untapped markets.
• Develop and articulate comprehensive regional commercial strategies aligned with the overall brand proposition.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

• Working closely with our in-house marketing team and external agencies to formulate and execute marketing strategies, encompassing affiliation, influencers, out-of-home, display, and social media.
• Lead the development of SEO strategies in collaboration with in-house and external agencies.

Revenue Generation and Financial Planning:

• Take ownership of revenue generation and devise methods to measure and enhance performance against key financial indicators.
• Lead forecasting initiatives for current and prospective markets, setting informed financial goals.

Business Development and Expansion:

• Engage in meticulous research to create market-specific roadmaps backed by solid business cases.
• Identify and present lucrative business development avenues, both within current operational markets and new territories.

Team Leadership and Culture Building:

• Foster a culture of excellence by leading, mentoring, and expanding Country Management teams.
• Provide tools and knowledge to exceed performance standards.

Operational Excellence:

• Set the tone of voice for local promotions, ensuring high-quality content management, copywriting, email, SMS, and VIP management.
• Drive product improvement initiatives for an enhanced offering to players.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, including regulatory updates, competitive analysis, and payment options.
• Provide monthly performance and market reports to management.

Qualities we are looking for:

• Strong iGaming background & knowledge
• Proven track record of successful strategic planning and execution in a commercial leadership role within a casino operator.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and revenue forecasting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams across diverse regions.
• An innovative mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to navigate a fast-paced and evolving industry landscape.
