Commercial Director - Insurance

My leading Insurance client are looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Director to take ownership of written-lines tenders and complex renewal exercises, while overseeing, coaching and developing junior Project Managers and Associates.

You'll manage a portfolio of client accounts across the full client lifecycle, lead tenders, renewals and other market-facing projects. You'll also provide high-quality day-to-day client service and act as a trusted point of contact for senior client stakeholders.

The following skills / experience is essential:

• Previous Insurance experience
• Ideally have managed your own client Portfolio
• Strong background in client service and and managing complex renewals.
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience
• French, German, Spanish or Italian speaker
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: Up to £100,000 + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
