Commercial Excellence Executive

* TPI Management: Focuses on managing relationships with external partners to drive sales, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing performance. Key responsibilities include growing a TPI portfolio, conducting face-to-face meetings, resolving operational queries, and meeting sales targets.

* Pricing Management: Drives profitability by analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer demand to develop and implement optimal pricing strategies; Collaborates with sales, marketing, and finance to set prices, manage discounts, and improve margins.

* Tender & Contract management: Manages the full lifecycle of procurement, from preparing tender packages, analyzing requirements, and negotiating terms to managing post-award contract performance, compliance, and risk mitigation. Key duties include issuing tenders, evaluating bids, drafting contracts, and managing supplier KPIs.

* Sales Analysis Excellence Tool & CRM: Collaborate with the sales team to analyze sales data to provide actionable insights, ensuring high data integrity, and developing automated tools to enhance sales productivity.

* Assistant to GM, local Legal & Compliance support.

* Marketing event support.
