Commercial Facility Handyman

Duties: Perform general maintenance and repairs on commercial properties, including: General plumbing repairs such as toilets, faucets, and other minor plumbing issues. Test performance and troubleshoot kitchen appliances such as dishwashers, stoves, etc. Repair and replace general hardware such as doors, doorknobs, locks, etc. Repair or replace floor tile and/or carpets. Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances. Install or repair drywall, paint walls, and perform carpentry work. Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. Requirements: Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role. Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have the authorization to work in the U.S. Salary commensurate with work experience. The candidate should be able to work a flexible schedule. Candidates will be subject to drug screening, fingerprinting, and a 10-year background check.
