Our employees are an integral part of who we are — what you do and what you think matters Starting Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 SUMMARY The Commercial and Field Systems Delivery Lead is responsible for supporting multiple facets of assigned IT solutions in Marketing, Milk Marketing, Producer Payroll, Sustainability, Customer Fulfillment, and Route Accounting. This includes implementing new solutions, leading configuration and analysis activities for strategic business initiatives, managing the design, development, implementation, and support of system enhancements, and driving optimization of such configurations to streamline business processes. Additionally, this position will be responsible for responding to user issues and requests, ensuring stability, continuing operations, and ensuring adherence to all IT controls. Manage all required tasks through the project lifecycle phases (Define, Design, Develop, Implement and Support) Collaborate with business users, system analysts, and IT partners to ensure proper alignment of activities with business goals and processes. Work with technology partners to design, configure, and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meet business requirements. Lead programming and configuration of Salesforce Platforms. Develop functional specification documents and work with technology partners on enhancements relating to areas such as interfaces, conversions, reports, user-exits, and forms. Regularly connect with business process owners to facilitate process improvement through enhanced or new functionalities. Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and regression test plans in our development and QA environments, when applicable. Develop and maintain system configuration and user access documentation with technology partners. Ensure all IT standards, policies, and controls are consistently followed to ensure that departmental goals are met. Supports issue resolution and knowledge transfer activities for end users. Supports vendor relationship management efforts as appropriate. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position. BASIC REQUIREMENTS At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A higher-level degree is preferred. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience supporting systems related to CRM, Digital Marketing, Integrated Supply Chain solutions, and Sustainability solutions, performing solution design, system configuration, development, testing and defect debugging. At least 4 years of experience utilizing a system development life cycle (SDLC), including methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and others. Experiences involving governance, security practices, and audit compliance are preferred. Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred. Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II preferred. Salesforce Certified Data Architect preferred. Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred.
