WHAT YOU WILL DO The Commercial Funding Associate (Vehicle) reviews, books, and funds commercial vehicle retail finance and lease contracts submitted by Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, and fleet dealerships, as well as related mobility products, in accordance with department policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, quickly interpret new information, and adapt to evolving policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Review and validate executed commercial lease and installment documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with HCA policies, established guidelines, programs, credit stipulations and state/federal laws and regulations. Book commercial lease and loan requests in loan origination systems (i.e., Daybreak and Q2) used by Mobility Services. Requests may include new bookings, line of credit adjustments, and lease or loan extensions. Respond to incoming dealer and mobility customer calls and conduct outbound follow-up as needed to support issue resolution during hours of operation. Support the preparation and distribution of commercial lease and loan documentation packages to Mobility teams, including packages related to fleet, subscription, autonomous vehicle, and other applicable products. Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE Minimum of two years of experience working with commercial loan and lease documentation Knowledge of compliance laws in relation to commercial vehicle lending, contracting, and funding. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn and navigate internal systems. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with peers, customers, vendors, and internal partners. Working knowledge of supported business processes, products, and documentation requirements. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate customer information. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work an assigned queue efficiently to meet productivity and quality expectations. Knowledge of DayBreak Loan Origination system a plus. Strong listening skills and ability to follow established procedures, direction, and coaching. Demonstrated ability to deliver a seamless customer experience.
