About the opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established insurance brokerage in Cavan that is looking to add a new member to the team.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting and managing relationships with commercial clients.
• Assisting with renewals, policy administration, and client queries.
• Developing a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risks.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent client service.
• Identifying opportunities to develop existing client relationships and support business growth.
• Processing insurance documentation in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Becoming a trusted point of contact for clients and insurance partners.

Who we're looking for

We're keen to speak with insurance professionals who:

• Have experience within the insurance industry, ideally in broking, underwriting, claims, or account handling - Commercial insurance knowledge is a MUST
• Possess a solid understanding of insurance products and the insurance market.
• Hold APA, CIP or MDI.
• Are confident communicators who enjoy working with people.
• Have a positive attitude and are happy to get involved wherever needed.
• Are ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Enjoy working as part of a small, collaborative team.
