The Role

We are seeking an experienced, CIP-qualified Commercial Account Handler to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an established commercial insurance professional looking to further develop their career within a progressive and growing brokerage.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of commercial clients while maintaining the company’s high standards of customer service and professionalism. A hybrid working arrangement, including work-from-home options, is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Handle renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Support claims processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial insurance is essential.
• CIP qualified (essential).
• CPD requirements up to date.
• Strong account management and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
