For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

As Commercial Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Jellycat’s UKI National Accounts business. • Working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and Planning teams to deliver seamless execution.

  • Providing commercial insight and recommendations that support wider business priorities and strategic direction.

You'll have

  • Significant experience in national wholesale account management, commercial leadership or strategic retail management.

  • A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing commercial teams.

  • Strong experience managing major retail partnerships and delivering successful joint business plans.

  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, profitability and KPI management.

  • Experience working with premium, luxury or highly branded consumer products.

  • Confidence communicating and presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders.

  • The ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day commercial execution.

  • A collaborative, positive and accountable approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer and fan experiences.
