In this position, you will be instrumental in facilitating lease agreements for our diverse portfolio of properties, which includes RETAIL, OFFICES, INDUSTRIAL, and MULTI-FAMILY. Your role will involve actively engaging with property owners and potential tenants, conducting property tours, negotiating lease terms, and continuously building relationships within the commercial real estate community. You will also conduct market analyses to position our properties effectively and to attract qualified tenants.
