AboutTPConnects
We are a leading international travel tech product company (HQ in Dubai, office in Warsaw and various the remote locations) and we’re rapidly growing our engineering talent all over the world, including in our growing tech hub in Sofia.
Every month, our platforms processmillionsticket purchases, connect airlines, and power digital retailing for airline providers, supported and enhanced with significant usageof AI.
We build, own and continuously improve our platform, giving engineers the opportunity to influence architecture, shape technical decisions and solve meaningful engineering challenges at global scale.
About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded lawyer to own the day-to-day contract work across the business. You’ll review, draft and negotiate NDAs, commercial and partnership agreements, general terms and conditions, and service contracts. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product and Finance to close deals quickly while protecting the company’s interests.

Sofia, Bulgaria
What you’ll do
- Review, draft and negotiate NDAs, commercial agreements, partnership and reseller agreements, and service and SaaS contracts.
- Own and maintain TPConnects’ general terms and conditions and contract templates, keeping them current, consistent and easy for the business to use.
- Turn around contract reviews within agreed timelines, flag key risks (liability, indemnities, IP, data protection, SLAs, payment terms, termination) and suggest practical fallback positions.
- Advise commercial teams on contract structure, change requests and statements of work (SOWs), including scope, milestones and payment terms.
- Build and maintain a contract playbook and clause library so the business can handle routine agreements on its own.
- Manage the contract lifecycle: version control, approvals, signature, filing, and tracking renewals and obligations.
- Support compliance on data protection (e.g. GDPR) and information-security clauses in customer and supplier contracts.
- Work with external counsel on specialist or cross-border matters when needed.
- Train internal teams on contract basics and escalation points.
What you’ll bring
- A law degree; qualified or admitted to practise in a recognised jurisdiction.
- 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial contracts, ideally in-house at a tech, SaaS or travel company, or at a law firm with a strong commercial practice.
- Solid experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, master service agreements, partnership agreements and T&Cs.
- Good working knowledge of data protection, IP and technology contracting.
- A pragmatic, business-first approach: you know when a clause matters and when to move on.
- Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
- Comfort working across time zones and handling several contracts at once in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
- Exposure to the travel, aviation or airline distribution industry (e.g. IATA, NDC).
- Experience with UK or EU contract law. UAE Law and other jurisdiction is a plus.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
What we offer:
- Help shape our growing engineering organisation in Sofia.
- Hybrid role, withan optionfor fully remote setup in the initial stage.
- Flexible working time (8 hours per day) with fixed core hours.
- 22-26 days annual leave (growing with length of service).
- Social benefits: Additional medical insurance (health & dental), Multisport card, etc.
- An international environment with colleagues across Warsaw, Dubai and multiple other locations.
