Do you have insurance and customer service experience and are ready to be an asset to a team? If so, we are looking for YOU!! We are seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant to temporarily join a stellar insurance company in Southern California.

Your Position. . .

• Responsible for supporting Account Managers, sales team, and team members

• Provide excellent customer service

• Complete client service tasks related to new business applications, renewal, policies

• Respond to clients by email, and phone, in a timely manner

• Maintain and update customer files and database

What we need from you. . .

• Experienced - You have customer service experience in the insurance space and are proficient with EPIC

• Licensed - P&C license is required

• Knowledgeable - You are knowledgeable of insurance terminology

• Work Ethic - Go above and beyond with excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
