Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial and arbitration.
Handle disputes involving contracts, warranties, mechanic's liens, bonds, and business torts.
Develop and execute litigation strategies in state and federal court.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents, including dispositive motions.
Lead discovery, prepare and respond to written discovery, and take and defend depositions.
Prepare for and participate in mediations, settlement conferences, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
Build client relationships with support from business development resources.
What We're Looking For
Six to ten years of commercial litigation experience, including independently managing complex matters end to end.
Admission to the Colorado Bar, or admission expected within approximately one month.
Trial or arbitration experience, with the ability to discuss results in concrete detail.
Experience with breach of contract and business tort matters, as well as taking and defending depositions.
Graduation from an accredited U.S. law school and a law school GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Experience in a boutique or small-to-midsize law firm and a stable work history are preferred. A book of business is not required.
Current U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
