Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a full-service California law firm to recruit a driven Commercial Litigation Associate for their growing disputes practice. This role offers immediate, hands-on exposure to high-stakes domestic and international disputes across state and federal courts, as well as complex arbitration. Duties:

• Draft dispositive and procedural motions, substantive briefs, and legal memoranda.

• Manage complex discovery workflows, including taking and defending depositions.

• Participate actively in mediations, domestic/international arbitrations, and trial preparation.

• Collaborate directly with partners on overarching case strategy and client communication.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience.

• Active California Bar membership in good standing and a strong academic record.

• Proven track record in motion practice, brief writing, and discovery management.

• Deposition and arbitration/mediation experience is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range is between $175,000.00 and $215,000.00

• Year-end discretionary bonus potential
