Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are working with an elite international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation practice within their Dublin office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an established commercial disputes team, working on a diverse caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters from inception through to resolution. The candidate’s duties will include advising both international and domestic clients on contentious commercial issues, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and business-critical litigation, as well as acting in High Court and Commercial Court proceedings, including drafting pleadings, motions, and affidavits.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria

• 2-5 PQE;
• Strong background in commercial litigation or dispute resolution within a medium to large commercial firm;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
