Corporate Insurance Solicitor

We are working with a market-leading international law firm who are looking for Solicitors to join their Corporate Insurance practice within their Dublin office.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a collaborative and dedicated Corporate & Regulatory Insurance team on a broad range of corporate, regulatory, transactional and advisory matters. The candidate will play a key role in advising a variety of international and domestic clients on complex domestic and cross-border matters, including regulatory compliance, governance, restructurings, insurance sector transactions, distribution and outsourcing arrangements, risk management, M&A and crisis response matters.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria

• 1-5 PQE;
• Strong background in insurance, financial services regulation, corporate, commercial and/or transactional practice;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
