About the Role

As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we are seeking a Commercial Manager CEE/CIS to join our International Partner Markets business, focused on driving commercial growth and operational excellence across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and CIS markets.

This is a highly visible regional role acting as a trusted partner to the Director, CEE/CIS Regions. Working across a network of distribution partners, you will lead and coordinate strategic commercial initiatives including product launches, integrations, business optimisation projects, and partner performance management.

You will play a key role in translating regional priorities into action, bringing together stakeholders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical, Market Access, Finance, Quality and Legal to deliver successful outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking, project leadership and commercial execution within an international pharmaceutical environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Deliver and realise product launches, portfolio integrations and regional optimisation projects across CEE/CIS markets.
  • Take direct ownership of commercial deliverables, ensuring initiatives are executed successfully and on time.
  • Develop business cases, implementation plans and launch readiness frameworks to support regional priorities.
  • Drive projects forward by coordinating internal functions and external partners, removing barriers and ensuring accountability.
  • Manage commercial activities associated with launches, integrations, portfolio transitions and business improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with distribution partners and support business reviews, performance improvement plans and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and realise opportunities to improve pricing, reimbursement, portfolio performance and overall commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks and KPIs, ensuring timely escalation and resolution where required.
  • Generate actionable market insights and recommendations through analysis of market performance, competitor activity and commercial trends.
  • Represent the business in partner interactions across the region and support the Director, CEE/CIS Regions in driving strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for ambitious, resilient, and commercially minded professionals who are passionate about improving patient outcomes and driving business growth.

For this role, you will also have the following:

Qualifications

  • Formal project management qualification or training is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Must Have

  • Experience working across international or regional pharmaceutical markets in commercial, marketing, launch and/or integration roles.
  • Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, including market analysis, forecasting and business case development.
  • Experience taking ownership of commercial deliverables and driving initiatives through to implementation.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders across countries, cultures and functions without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with distributor or partner-market business models.
  • Knowledge of pricing, reimbursement and market access processes.
  • Experience supporting product launches, integrations or portfolio optimisation programmes.
