Commercial Manager - Drogheda
Our client is a growing Developer/ Main Contractor who have successfully delivered projects across the commercial, residential and civils sectors. They are looking to make a key hire to their senior management team with interviews taking place in the coming weeks.
The successful candidate will need to have experience managing a team of surveyors across multiple projects.
Experience in Ireland and/or the UK essential.

Key Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
