Commercial Operations Specialist

SIPP Delivery is looking for a hands-on, high-energy operator to join our team immediately.

This is not a logistics, warehouse, freight or fleet-management role.

We’re looking for someone with 2–5 years of experience in areas such as:

• Operations

• Sales Operations

• Commercial Operations

• Marketing Operations

• Marketplace / Startup Operations

You should be comfortable working across different areas of the business: onboarding partners, following up on leads, coordinating projects, tracking performance, solving day-to-day issues and making sure things actually get done.

Experience in delivery, food-tech, marketplaces or startups is a strong advantage, but not required.

What matters most:

• You are organized and very hands-on

• You move fast and take ownership

• You are comfortable with changing priorities

• You know how to work with CRM tools, spreadsheets and reporting

• You communicate well with both clients and internal teams

• You are fluent in English and Spanish

• You are available to start immediately or within a short notice period

• You are open to working some evenings/weekends as part of a rotating schedule

We are looking for someone early in their career, but not entry-level — someone who already knows how to work independently and is ready for more responsibility.

Remote position. LATAM-based candidates preferred.
