London | £50,000 base salary plus commission

Our client is an established media company creating high-quality editorial and commercial content for an affluent, London-focused audience. Their team brings together publishing expertise, creative thinking and strong brand partnerships across digital and social platforms.

They are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate digital revenue growth for a premium London-focused media brand. This is a new-business role for a confident hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships from the ground up and turning creative ideas into high-value partnerships.

What you’ll do

· Win new business across website, social and other digital channels.

· Build a strong pipeline of direct clients and agency partners.

· Develop creative, commercially effective campaigns in collaboration with editorial, commercial and design teams.

· Own the sales process from prospecting and proposal development through to negotiation and close.

· Consistently meet or exceed agreed revenue targets.

· Identify opportunities in premium consumer sectors, including financial services and private-client markets.

What we’re looking for

· At least three years’ experience in digital media sales, sponsorship or a closely related commercial role.

· A proven record of generating new business and growing digital revenue.

· Strong relationships with direct clients, media agencies or both.

· A self-motivated, target-driven approach and a high level of personal ownership.

· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

· A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across creative and commercial teams.

· Experience in premium, lifestyle or financial services markets is advantageous, but not essential.

Benefits

· Competitive base salary with a commission structure.

· 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.

· Hybrid working.

· Workplace pension scheme.

· Ongoing training and professional development.

· Regular team events and access to industry networking opportunities.

· Employee discounts and wellbeing initiatives.
