Location: Any CS PH Branch — Makati/Ortigas/Pampanga/Cebu/Davao

Schedule: Morning shift

Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager VA to oversee the management of approximately 40 tenancies. The role requires strong knowledge of Cirrus8 and experience handling day-to-day property management tasks. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain and update property databases.
• Conduct daily reconciliations and monthly disbursements.
• Manage rental arrears, new tenancy liaison, and landlord onboarding.
• Oversee and process all property outgoings as per lease agreements.
• Handle Form 6s, HOA, lease renewals, and rent increases.
• Issue Notice of Attornment and Breach Notices as required.
• Manage property-related email communications.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Previous experience managing commercial or residential tenancies.
• Strong knowledge of property management processes and compliance.
• Proficiency in handling reconciliations, disbursements, and arrears management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
