Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: 8pm to 5am (Philippines) Job summary The Transformation & Innovation Manager is accountable for leading and governing the Continuous Improvement (CI), transformation, and innovation agenda of Global Business Services (GBS) organization. The role owns the end-to-end transformation lifecycle—from opportunity intake and prioritization through execution, stabilization, and benefit realization—while managing and developing a team. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this position ensures transformation initiatives deliver measurable value, are sustainably embedded through standard work, and are aligned with enterprise Service Excellence priorities. Essential functions ​ Own and govern the CI and transformation pipeline, including intake, prioritization, and sequencing, in partnership with Service Excellence and GBS leadership. Lead talent management for direct reports: workforce planning, role clarity, coaching and mentoring, performance feedback, succession planning, and skills development. Translate GBS strategy into a balanced portfolio of CI, innovation, and transformation initiatives with clear value targets. Oversee execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring disciplined delivery, risk management, and benefit realization. Govern opportunity intake and evaluation, ensuring initiatives are well-scoped, value-driven, and execution-ready. Sponsor and oversee Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and standard work improvement to strengthen process capability. Ensure post-implementation stabilization and gap resolution, embedding changes into operations. Partner with cross-functional leaders (Operations, IT, Data, Automation, HR, Finance) to enable integrated transformation outcomes. Own transformation benefits tracking, reporting, and closure, ensuring sustained value realization. Provide regular executive updates on pipeline health, progress, risks, and realized benefits. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required) Master in Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred) Required licensing and certifications PMP/PRINCE2, Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (preferred) Experience 7+ years in business transformation and continuous improvement in a captive, multinational or business services settings 5+ years in people or program leadership.
