Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for greater autonomy, a varied caseload and a supportive working environment?

I'm currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Essex that is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its experienced property team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice with a strong reputation across London and the South East, offering high-quality work, genuine responsibility and the freedom to manage your own caseload.

⚖️ The Role

You'll handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

✅ Commercial acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold)

✅ Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, subleases and licences

✅ Landlord and tenant matters

✅ Auction sales and title investigations

✅ Deeds of Surrender, Deeds of Variation and overage agreements

✅ Telecommunications leases and more complex commercial property matters

👤 About You

You'll be a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property, confident managing your own files and providing practical, commercially focused advice to clients.
