Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras tareas:

• Liderar proyectos de transformación comercial y mejora continua
• Analizar y optimizar procesos, identificando oportunidades de eficiencia y crecimiento
• Gestionar equipos multifuncionales y asegurar la ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas
• Definir y monitorear KPIs para medir desempeño e impacto en el negocio
• Realizar análisis de datos, identificación de causas raíz y desarrollo de planes de acción
• Liderar actividades de gestión del cambio y adopción de nuevas prácticas operativas
• Elaborar análisis costo-beneficio y casos de negocio para proyectos estratégicos
• Promover mejores prácticas y una cultura de mejora continua en la organización

Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos:

• Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadotecnia o carrera afín
• Cinco años de experiencia en transformación comercial, operaciones o gestión de proyectos estratégicos
• Experiencia en mejora continua, optimización de procesos y análisis costo-beneficio
• Conocimiento de metodologías Lean, Six Sigma o similares.
• Manejo de KPIs, análisis de datos y generación de reportes ejecutivos
• Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel y PowerPoint avanzado).
• Habilidades de liderazgo, gestión del cambio e influencia.
• Inglés avanzado deseable.
• Ubicación: Ciudad de México
