Now, to strengthen our team to the earliest possible starting date, we are looking for a Commercialist / Sales Manager Coatings, Adhesives, and Buildings (f/m/d) Your responsibilities: In Slovenia, you are responsible for developing our business in distribution of chemical raw materials in Coatings, Adhesives, and Buildings segments by expanding and managing our supplier as well as client relationships both commercially and technically through regular contact By identifying new markets and monitoring market developments, you identify new and promising raw materials and product applications as well as sales opportunities Based on your analysis, you set targets for new business development, implement strategies for profitable sales growth and extend our product portfolio By offering a new perspective and constantly questioning the status-quo you will contribute to creating and exploring new business opportunities in our Coatings, Adhesives, and Buildings segments, and related businesses You will also collaborate closely with your sales colleagues in Coatings, Adhesives and Buildings located in Central and Eastern Europe to further develop our business and our product portfolio jointly Your profile: Ideally, you have an academic certification as a chemical or building engineer, a commercial education with technical capabilities or another relevant field of studies You have gained at least three years of experience with chemical raw materials related to the Coatings, Adhesives or Building/Construction product segments from a technical or sales perspective and would like to increase your knowledge Furthermore, you are characterized by a strong customer and solution orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability and commitment through which you build strong, trustful stakeholder relationships Preferably, you have an analytical, entrepreneurial as well as a structured and independent working style Additionally, you are a strong communicator in written and verbal Slovene as well as English with profound negotiation abilities You are able to travel regularly in Slovenia as well as occasionally within our group and hold a category B driving license Our offer to you : If you're seeking a supportive and appreciative team that values individual differences and strengths, HSH Chemie may be the right place for you.
