We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Marketing Associate (Student Recruiter) to join our team. In this role, you will support the Student Recruitment Manager to meet our enrollment targets for partner universities in Russia, Poland, Georgia, Malta, Uzbekistan and Ukrainian through various recruitment channels. Your success in recruiting students will directly impact our growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Represent Scholars Height Educational Consult to targeted constituencies by speaking to groups and individual students, and meeting with school counselors and administrators. Develop, coordinate, and deliver outreach programs and marketing strategies, including community workshops, student fairs, exhibitions, online webinars, and other recruitment efforts. Collaborate with the Sales and Admissions teams to follow up on inquiries and applications to convert and recruit new students. Maintain up-to-date records of the student recruitment and admissions process for the institutions we represent. Lead follow-up activities to ensure a high application-to-enrollment conversion rate. Work closely with the Student Recruitment Manager to ensure the availability and effectiveness of sales tools to promote our partner universities and programs in the African markets. Serve as the point person for internal coordination of university student recruitment and enrollment management goals, utilizing specific knowledge of admissions, registration criteria, and financial aid/scholarship information. Provide career and academic counseling, planning, and advising to potential students using knowledge of represented universities, colleges, educational programs, and degrees. Prepare reports and proposals regarding recruitment and outreach activities, and respond to inquiries from students and agencies. Submit weekly activity reports to the Student Recruitment Manager. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Recruitment Manager or their nominee. Requirements: Proven track record of success in student recruitment and sales, preferably in the educational consultancy or related industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and overcome objections. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
