What We’re Looking For: We need mid-level to senior recruiters who are proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented. You’ll own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing. Responsibilities : Define and execute hiring strategies tailored to client needs. Source and screen candidates using your own tools and networks. Manage client and candidate relationships with professionalism and transparency. Facilitate negotiations and ensure successful placements. Meet or exceed monthly placement targets. Requirements : Proven experience in recruitment, specializing in IT/technical roles or healthcare . Access to your own sourcing tools (job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
