Fully remote. Global territory. Requirements - B2B software or services sales experience (or strong sales background) - Cold calling, cold email, and follow-up skills (consultative, not pushy) - Comfort with rejection and persistence with follow-up - Ability to close deals independently - Self-starter mentality - you don't need hand-holding - Willingness to learn the automotive/garage industry fast - Track record of exceeding sales targets - Fully remote capable with reliable internet - Independent contractor mindset Benefits - 20% commission on new customer annual billing (first 12 months) - 10% commission on renewals (month 13+) - Monthly performance bonuses: AED 250–1,000 (based on billing targets) - Annual performance bonuses: AED 5k–100k (tiered by performance) - Comprehensive garage prospect lists (sourced from maps & business directories) - Product training (2-3 hours) - CEO available for customer demos - Marketing materials & case studies - Fully remote with flexible schedule - Global territory - work from anywhere - Unlimited earning potential
