What we're looking for Proven B2B sales or closing experience — staffing, services, SaaS, or similar preferred Exceptional spoken English is non-negotiable. This role is 100% phone-based selling to US business owners and decision makers. Your voice, clarity, and confidence on a cold call is your product — if a prospect would hesitate for even a moment based on how you sound, this isn't the right fit. Candidates with a neutral, natural-sounding English accent are strongly preferred.
