Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Accra, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, presenting Badmus Technology’s products and services, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and following up on inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. The Commission Sales Associate will maintain accurate records in the sales CRM, prepare basic sales reports, and collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align messaging with market needs. Compensation is commission-based, and performance will be measured against clearly defined sales goals.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience in lead generation, client outreach, and closing deals.
• Customer relationship skills, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
• Basic understanding of technology products and digital solutions, with the ability to explain features and benefits in simple terms.
• Self-management skills, such as time management, goal setting, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer service (technology or startup environment is an advantage).
• Comfort working with CRM tools, email, and standard office software to track activities and prepare reports.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages in Accra is an added advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
