Commission Sales Associate Responsibilities:
This position is commission-based only (no salary)
We are seeking highly motivated Commission Sales Associates
Proactively greet customers professionally
Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
Conduct follow-up customer communications
Understand all service packages
Understand our established individual sales goals
Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
Work remote or hybrid
Adhere to set schedule
Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success
Strong work ethics with a drive to exceed expectations
Excellent people skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Work well in a fast pace, commissioned sales environment
Work well under pressure, ability to multi-task
