In this role, you will act as the primary entry point for commodity management and play a crucial part in supporting the larger Multi-Functional Team (MFT) for Ground Segment Activities.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

As a leader in our procurement strategy, you will shape global sourcing initiatives and build partnerships that deliver value and innovation. In this role, you will:

  • Establish, implement, and continuously improve the overall commodity strategy in alignment with Airbus Procurement policies.
  • Perform comprehensive market analysis (including global sourcing and offsets) to manage end-to-end sourcing activities (CFT, RFP) and contract management.
  • Cultivate long-term, strategic relationships with suppliers while actively monitoring and driving improvements in their performance.
  • Identify and lead value-creation projects to champion product and service innovation.
  • Ensure robust risk management across the ground segment supply chain.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in strategic procurement and supplier relationship management. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, and contract negotiation, ideally within aerospace, defense, or high-tech engineering.
