What you will do:
Communication & Content Support
- Coordinate the creation of communication materials, including videos, case studies, presentations, and digital content
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and creative partners
- Support the maintenance of Schneider Electric's communication channels, including the corporate website and YouTube platform
- Assist with communication reporting and content review activities
Branding & Project Coordination
- Support branding and communication projects across Schneider Electric's business units and locations
- Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, and project-related administrative activities
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric's brand and visual identity guidelines
International Collaboration & Operational Support
- Work closely with local and international teams to coordinate ongoing projects
- Support internal approval, procurement, and invoicing processes
- Collect information, follow up on action items, and help drive initiatives to completion
- Maintain organized documentation and contribute to process improvements
What we need from you:
- Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferably in the final years of your Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Availability to work 32-40 hours/week
- Strong English communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

This is not a traditional internship focused solely on administrative tasks.
In this role, you will act as a coordinator, problem-solver, and project supporter while contributing to real communication and branding initiatives. You will often be responsible for finding solutions, connecting stakeholders, and driving projects forward in a complex international organization.
At the same time, you will have the opportunity to participate in branding and communication projects from the initial concept through implementation and final delivery.
We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, persistent, and enjoys taking ownership while finding solutions independently.
