ShowCareNow is an emerging global social impact initiative founded in Gothenburg, Sweden, with a simple yet powerful ambition: to inspire individuals, businesses and communities worldwide to turn compassion into meaningful action.

We believe that helping one person can inspire two more, creating ripples of kindness that spread across communities, cultures and continents.

Our mission is to promote human dignity, inclusion, kindness and social responsibility while encouraging people to take action, speak up and challenge systems that fail those who need support the most.

We believe no one should be left behind.

Where We Are Today

ShowCareNow is currently in its early start-up and pre-launch phase. We are working hard towards our official launch and building the foundations for an international movement.

Although we have not yet launched fully, our commitment is already in action. Every day, we strive to help others, raise awareness, encourage constructive dialogue and challenge situations where society could do better.

We currently have no secured funding, operating budget or paid positions.

We are therefore inviting passionate individuals worldwide to join us as founding volunteer ambassadors, helping shape our organisation, activities and international community from the very beginning.

Your Role – Making a Difference

As a Community Ambassador, you can contribute in many ways:

❤️ Show Care: Inspire and participate in practical acts of kindness, compassion and community support.

🌍 Build Connections: Help establish an international network of volunteers, ambassadors, organisations and businesses.

🤝 Support Others: Raise awareness and encourage meaningful action for people facing illness, disability, loneliness, exclusion or difficult circumstances.

📢 Be a Voice for Change: Constructively question systems and practices that fail vulnerable people and advocate for dignity, inclusion and positive change.

💡 Share Your Expertise: Contribute ideas, professional knowledge, communication skills or practical experience.

⏳ One Hour of Care: Help develop our initiative encouraging companies and professionals to contribute time, expertise and resources to their communities.

🌱 Help Shape the Future: Participate in developing ShowCareNow's activities, partnerships and long-term impact.

You do not need to do everything. We encourage everyone to contribute according to their interests, skills and availability.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome people from all countries, cultures, generations and professional backgrounds.

You might be a student, entrepreneur, healthcare professional, business leader, retiree, community organiser or simply someone who genuinely wants to make a difference.

What matters most is your empathy, integrity, initiative, respect for others and willingness to act.

No specific degree or previous ambassador experience is required.

💻 Fully remote – Participate from your own country

⏰ Flexible commitment – Even one hour can make a difference

We aim to build a truly international movement, with ambassadors representing different regions, cultures and communities.

Important – Voluntary & Unpaid Opportunity

We want to be completely transparent from the beginning.

ShowCareNow is a pre-launch initiative without secured funding or an operational budget.

All ambassador positions are currently 100% voluntary and unpaid, until further notice.

We cannot currently provide salaries, financial compensation or guaranteed reimbursement of expenses.

Our long-term ambition is to secure sustainable funding, build a professional organisation and create future opportunities for staff, ambassadors and partners.

However, volunteering does not guarantee future paid employment or compensation.

We deeply respect everyone's time and personal circumstances. Participation should always be meaningful, flexible and freely given.
