Восени ми запускаємо другу едицію M4S Leadership Mentoring Ukraine — програми лідерського менторства, в основі якої індивідуальна робота з досвідченими лідерами бізнесу, культури та громадського сектору, а також розвиток активної alumni-спільноти.

Зараз ми шукаємо людину у Києві, яка допоможе нам розвивати цю спільноту в Україні.

Це може бути про тебе, якщо ти:

• вільно володієш українською та англійською;
• маєш досвід організації подій і роботи зі спільнотами;
• умієш працювати самостійно та проявляєш ініціативу;
• легко знаходиш спільну мову з людьми й будуєш професійні взаємини;
• орієнтуєшся в українському бізнесовому та громадському середовищі.

Твої завдання:

• організовувати події для спільноти — від ідеї до реалізації;
• будувати відносини з партнерами, університетами, бізнесом і громадськими організаціями;
• створювати комунікаційні та візуальні матеріали;
• співпрацювати з командою в Польщі над реалізацією програми.

Ми шукаємо ініціативну людину, готову брати відповідальність за свою роботу. Community Coordinator працюватиме віддалено, у тісній співпраці з нашою командою над спільними пріоритетами та завданнями. Водночас матиме можливість самостійно організовувати свій час та роботу.

Community Coordinator — Ukraine (Kyiv) | Mentors4Starters Part-time

M4S Leadership Mentoring is a mentorship program designed to connect rising talent with accomplished leaders across business, culture, and NGOs, and to create an engaged alumni community.

We are looking for a professional based in Kyiv who will help us grow this community in Ukraine.

We are looking for you if:

• You are fluent in Ukrainian and have communicative English skills,
• You have experience in event organization and community building,
• You work independently and demonstrate initiative,
• You build relationships easily,
• You are familiar with the business and NGO ecosystem in Ukraine.

Your responsibilities:

• Organizing community events — from concept to execution,
• Building relationships with partners, universities, businesses, and NGOs,
• Creating communication and visual materials,
• Cooperating with the team in Poland to deliver the program.

We’re looking for someone proactive and comfortable taking ownership of their work. As part of our remote team, you’ll work closely with us on shared priorities and tasks, while being able to organize your work independently and follow through on them. As the program grows, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and play an active role in shaping its development.
