📅 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential extension)

At TDS, we're a not-for-profit organisation with a clear social purpose: improving standards in the private rented sector and helping people access fair housing outcomes.

We're looking for a Community Engagement & Partnerships Officer to help expand the reach and impact of our tenant education programme and digital support tools. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with communities, and creating positive social impact.

What you'll be doing

• Building relationships with local authorities, universities, charities, community organisations and advice services.

• Developing and delivering stakeholder engagement activities that increase awareness and use of our tenant support resources.

• Coordinating and delivering training sessions and events, both online and in person.

• Working with partners to share valuable housing information with tenants through trusted local networks.

• Supporting promotional campaigns and communications activity.

• Helping to ensure more tenants understand their rights, responsibilities and options when facing housing challenges.

What we're looking for

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, community outreach, partnerships or a similar role.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.

• Confidence engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

• A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.

Desirable:

• Experience within the housing sector.

• Experience delivering presentations, workshops or training sessions.
