About the Role
We're looking for a curious, commercially sharp CRM & Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing RevOps function. This is a dual-natured role: on one side, hands-on CRM administration and data stewardship within a collaborative team; on the other, a broader remit that spans the full commercial journey — from Marketing through Sales to Customer Success — ensuring the processes, tools, and data that connect them are coherent, reliable, and built to support business growth.
You'll work closely with our Revenue Operations Manager, based in Copenhagen, and collaborate with market teams, sales and marketing stakeholders, and internal IT across all 14 markets. This isn't a role for someone who wants to execute instructions in isolation. We want someone who understands the commercial context behind what they're building — and who takes ownership of making sure it actually works for the people using it.
What You'll Do
CRM Administration & Development
– Support the maintenance and ongoing development of our HubSpot CRM in collaboration with the RevOps team — covering data quality, property management, workflow logic, and pipeline integrity across all markets
– Assist in building, testing, and documenting automation workflows, lifecycle stages, and custom data structures
– Act as a reliable point of contact for CRM-related queries from market teams, escalating where needed and closing the loop on issues
Reporting & Market Intelligence
– Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot to support sales leadership and country managers across all 14 markets
– Translate reporting requests into structured, actionable outputs — not just visualisations, but insights that inform decisions
– Monitor data health proactively and flag inconsistencies before they compound
Revenue Operations — Marketing to Customer Success
– Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes that span the full commercial funnel — from marketing acquisition through sales pipeline management to customer success handoffs
– Help ensure that tools, data flows, and operational logic work coherently across functions, reducing friction and improving visibility at every stage
– Contribute to ICP qualification frameworks, segmentation models, lead management logic, and pipeline hygiene practices
– Collaborate with internal IT to support integrations between internal systems and the broader commercial toolstack, helping bridge technical and business requirements
Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
– Work alongside sales, marketing, customer success, and IT stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into operational solutions
– Communicate clearly across functions and markets — managing expectations, flagging dependencies, and keeping the right people informed
– Represent the RevOps function as a reliable, solutions-oriented partner rather than a bottleneck
Training Materials & Process Documentation
– Develop clear, structured training materials covering tools, processes, and operational frameworks — ensuring teams across all markets have what they need to work effectively
– Maintain process and system documentation as a living resource, updated as workflows evolve
– Work across our training infrastructure (including Supered and Sana) to publish and distribute materials to the right audiences
– Identify knowledge gaps through stakeholder engagement and translate them into practical, usable guidance
What We're Looking For
– 1–2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, CRM administration, or a closely adjacent role
– Solid working knowledge of CRM systems — HubSpot experience is a significant advantage and will be strongly prioritised
– Analytically capable, with the ability to turn raw data into clear, usable business insights
– Sharp commercial instinct — you understand how operational decisions connect to revenue outcomes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
– Comfortable working cross-functionally, including with technical stakeholders such as IT, and translating between business needs and system capabilities
– Detail-oriented and process-driven, without losing sight of the bigger picture
– Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a genuine bonus — Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, French, Dutch, Portuguese, or Polish
– Proactively curious — you ask questions before you build, and you build things that last
Nice to Have
– Hands-on HubSpot experience beyond basic CRM use — workflows, reporting, custom properties, or integrations
– Familiarity with sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Evergrowth
– Experience supporting tool integrations or working alongside IT on system connectivity
– Exposure to multi-market or international business environments
– A track record of creating structured training content or process documentation
– Background in B2B services, IT staffing, or professional consultancy
What We Offer
– A central role in emagine's revenue infrastructure, with genuine cross-market scope from day one
– Direct mentorship from an experienced Revenue Operations Manager with deep HubSpot and systems expertise
– Broad exposure to a modern RevOps toolstack and clear room to grow — technically and strategically
– A hybrid working setup with real autonomy and flexibility, based in one of our office locations across our 14 markets
– The opportunity to grow alongside a function that is actively expanding its influence across the business
