Through compassionate care, real-time access, and innovative technology, we deliver a personalized, holistic, and coordinated support system. Whether it's through assessments, peer-led services, case management, outpatient care, or digital tools, Navita Health offers an integrated platform that simplifies the path to healing and empowers individuals to rebuild their lives with confidence.
We don’t just treat symptoms—we restore hope, build sustainable resilience, and help people embrace a healthier future.

This hybrid role combines strategic partner development with community engagement efforts to drive meaningful connections, recruit new providers, connect clients to services, and increase the delivery and mindful utilization of behavioral health services.
You’ll play a critical role in building relationships with treatment centers, housing providers, local organizations, community leaders and our providers to amplify Navita Health’s impact.
We’re looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, thrives in new markets, and is passionate about improving access to substance use disorder and mental health recovery services.

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with treatment centers, housing providers, and state or local programs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in Ohio’s behavioral health landscape.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing partners, building trust from initial contact through long-term collaboration.
- Customize partnership strategies based on market data, partner feedback, and service gaps.
- Align Navita Health’s offerings with partner goals, ensuring shared success and sustainable growth.
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Conduct outreach activities to engage and recruit new services providers and support clients into the Navita Health ecosystem.
- Guide those that want to work with Navita Health on the training, certification and credentialing process.
- Support new providers with a connection to our partner programs and clients to initiate services.
- Build relationships with community organizations, leaders, and social networks to raise awareness and foster trust.
- Coordinate and attend community events (educational, networking, wellness-focused) to deepen engagement and expand Navita Health’s presence.
- Participate in local events, community boards, forums, and online platforms to promote community connection and service utilization.
Strategic Program Development
- Track and report on key performance indicators, community needs, and feedback to guide strategic decisions and improve service delivery.
- Lead or support the execution of local campaigns designed to drive visibility, retention, and community trust.
- Responsible for communicating updates and providing monthly reports to key stakeholders.
- Manage and update monthly reporting for leadership as outlined.
- Act as a liaison between the community, service providers and Navita Health to support changes and needs within the behavioral health space in market.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2+ years of experience in partnership development, account management, community engagement, or outreach roles.
- Experience with Peer Recovery Services and the behavioral health or substance use disorder recovery field is strongly preferred.
Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organization, initiative, and adaptability.
- Passion for improving lives through accessible recovery support services.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Preferred skills in market research, data analysis, and strategy development.
Other:
