What you´ll do Build one-on-one relationship with community by actively engaging on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok—through likes, comments, direct messages, and prompt responses for Henkel Consumer Brands across Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care products Provide personalized product recommendations by exploring follower profiles and turning engaged fans into brand advocates Monitor and interact with tagged posts, especially from influencers, and take the lead on consumer service for critical topics and issue management Manage content calendars and daily posts to keep our community inspired and informed Coordinate with country teams and brand managers on product availability, digital projects, and communication strategies Create monthly KPI reports and derive insights to support product development and community growth What makes you a good fit Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field Knowledge in MS Office 365 software is required Must be a team player Team player who has knowledge of agility as well as of main principles of successful online communities, and understanding of organizational framework Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; With experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
