Job Opening: Community Manager

We are looking for a warm, proactive, and organised Community Manager to engage with our growing online audience and build meaningful relationships with community members.

Work Mode: Completely Remote

Working Hours: Flexible

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Languages Required: Hindi and English

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to comments, direct messages, and community queries.
• Communicate with followers in both Hindi and English.
• Manage WhatsApp groups and other online communities.
• Welcome new members and maintain regular engagement.
• Share updates, reminders, resources, and announcements.
• Follow up with interested community members and programme participants.
• Collect feedback, testimonials, and frequently asked questions.
• Coordinate with the content and operations team.
• Maintain simple records of enquiries, responses, and follow-ups.
• Ensure all communication reflects a warm, positive, and professional tone.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating in both Hindi and English.
• Friendly, patient, empathetic, and approachable.
• Organised and consistent with follow-ups.
• Familiar with Instagram, WhatsApp, and basic online tools.
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
• Prior experience in community management, customer support, or social media is preferred but not compulsory.

Important Note

Although the working hours are flexible, the candidate should be available regularly to respond to messages, manage the community, and complete timely follow-ups.
