About us

Ayana Dev Studio is a remote-first venture studio with a team across Bangladesh, Nigeria and Bali. We build apps, learning tools and products for people exploring wellness, self-development, spirituality and the mind-body connection. Our products are live or close to launch. What we are missing is a community that brings their users together.

The Role

Build and run one community that connects everything we make, so each launch reaches people who already know and trust us.

What you will connect

• RootCause: an app linking emotions and the physical body. Version 3 launches soon, with community members as early testers.
• YouVersity: turns YouTube videos into structured courses, with a focus on passionate, independent-minded communities (ancient history, consciousness, spirituality, holistic health).
• Motiv: an upcoming app that helps people make sense of their emotions.
• Sauna Chats: our podcast on spirituality and philosophy.
• Ayana Crystals and Ayana Wellness: healing crystal jewelry and handcrafted wellness goods.
• Ayana Agent: our AI tool for community engagement, which you will use to extend your reach.

What you will do

• Grow: bring the right people in through Reddit, WhatsApp, Telegram and niche forums, and through partnerships with creators and community leaders.
• Welcome: own onboarding so new members know where to go and what to try first.
• Engage: be present daily, run regular events, and keep conversations safe and respectful with clear guidelines, especially around health topics.
• Convert: connect members to our apps, courses and products in a way that feels like a friend's recommendation.
• Validate: recruit beta testers and bring a weekly summary of member feedback to the product team.
• Connect: design paths between communities, for example crystal customers into a YouVersity crystal course, or RootCause members into Motiv testing.
• Measure: track new members, active members, engagement and conversions.

Who you are

• You have a personal interest in spirituality, holistic health, self-development or alternative knowledge, and you take these communities seriously.
• You have built communities before and can show them: size, engagement and what you did.
• You think in funnels and track the numbers.
• You write warmly and clearly in English.
• You work independently in a remote team and are comfortable using AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with creator partnerships or course creators
• Experience running app beta programs
• Experience moderating wellness communities
