Community Manager (Mid level)

The Community Manager takes an active role in building, growing, and operating Ogooga’s player communities across YouTube (including live streaming activations), Telegram, and interactive digital channels. Moving beyond standard moderation or link posting, this role transforms passive viewers into active, returning community members through engaging live interactions, recurring formats, community rituals, and seamless user journeys connecting video content, live broadcasts, and Ogooga’s casino affiliate properties.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Community Building & Channel Growth: Build, grow, and manage Ogooga’s player communities across Telegram, YouTube, and interactive channels, executing retention strategies focused on expanding active player bases.
• Live Broadcast & Chat Activation: Lead real-time chat engagement during YouTube live streams—moderating conversations, running live polls, managing interactive mechanics, and driving Concurrent Viewers (CCV) retention.
• Audience Engagement & Rituals: Turn passive viewers into active community participants through daily interactions, weekly engagement loops, challenges, contests, and recurring community rituals.
• User Journey Mapping: Design and execute clear, value-driven user journeys connecting video content, live stream broadcasts, Telegram hubs, and Ogooga’s affiliate websites.
• Audience Intelligence: Track player sentiment, recurring questions, interests, and motivations to deliver actionable insights back to Content, Product, and SEO teams.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Social Media, Content, Design, CRM, Performance, Affiliate, and Product teams to align community campaigns with commercial objectives.
• Cultural & Tone Alignment: Drive community interactions using authentic gaming vernacular, iGaming platform nuances, and internet culture without resorting to an overly corporate tone.
• AI Integration & Analytics: Track community performance metrics (CCV, watch time, retention, engagement, outbound clicks), utilizing AI-assisted tools to optimize community management workflows and performance experiments.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• 3–4+ years of experience in Community Management, Social Media, Audience Growth, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record within iGaming, online casino, sports betting, affiliate marketing, or player-facing gaming communities.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling digital communities from the ground up on Telegram and YouTube.
• Hands-on experience with YouTube Live streaming operations (live chat moderation, stream mechanics, real-time engagement, CCV optimization).
• Deep understanding of community retention mechanics, engagement loops, and player psychology.
• Native or near-native fluency in internet culture, platform behavior, gaming vernacular, and community messaging.
• Exceptional copywriting and communication skills across live stream chat, Telegram broadcasts, campaign CTAs, and community posts.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics (reach, watch time, CCV, returning viewers, engagement, outbound clicks, conversions).
• Commercial awareness of how community engagement drives organic traffic and affiliate value without over-monetizing user interactions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing communities on Discord, Reddit, WhatsApp, or dedicated gaming forums.
• Practical experience scaling a Telegram community organically from 0 to scale.
• Proficiency with ClickUp or modern project management platforms.
• Experience using AI tools or workflows for chat moderation, sentiment analysis, or community activation.

• Community Intelligence: Use AI-assisted analytics tools to identify recurring user topics, player sentiment shifts, and behavioral trends across community platforms.
• Content & Activation Ideation: Leverage AI tools to rapidly generate ideas for YouTube live stream prompts, Telegram polls, engagement challenges, and recurring rituals.
• Moderation & Safety Automation: Implement AI-assisted moderation workflows and bot automations to manage chat spam, maintain safety guidelines, and improve response times.
• Performance Optimization: Utilize AI platforms to detect engagement patterns across live broadcasts and community posts, proposing smarter data-driven experiments.
