Community & Marketing Intern - Elzari

Location: Karachi (Remote)

The Community Management Intern – Elzari will support the day-to-day operations of community engagement initiatives at Elzari. This is a part-time, remote role based in Karāchi.

Responsibilities include moderating community spaces, responding to member inquiries, and maintaining a positive, respectful environment. The intern will assist in organizing events or activities, gathering feedback from community members, and preparing simple reports on community interactions.

Additional tasks may involve collaborating with internal teams, contributing ideas to improve community experience, and helping implement communication guidelines and policies.

Note it's a Training based Internship

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse community members.
• Candidates should possess Community Engagement and Community Management skills to support active participation and maintain healthy community dynamics.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to address questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Candidates should demonstrate basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Candidates with prior experience community-focused initiatives, social platforms, or volunteer work will be preferred.
• Candidates currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field of study (such as Communications, Social Sciences, or Business) are encouraged to apply.
