eBay Store Specialist – Product Research & Listing

Xelen Commerce is hiring a remote eBay Store Specialist to manage the full product-to-sales cycle for our eBay stores. You'll own the process end to end: research profitable products, list them, optimise them, and drive real sales. Products are held in our own stock and fulfilled by us, so this is not a dropshipping role.

What you'll do:

• Research trending, in-demand products (including scanning Amazon and other marketplaces for demand signals)
• Recommend products for us to stock based on demand, competition, and margins
• Create and optimise eBay listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Revise listings based on performance to improve visibility and conversions
• Focus on products with strong profit margins (25%+)
• Drive real sales, not just add listings

What we're looking for:

• eBay selling and listing experience
• Ability to find profitable products with healthy margins
• Understanding of sold listings, demand, competition, and pricing
• Experience with tools like Zik Analytics or Terapeak
• A results mindset: success measured by sales, not activity
