B2B Lead Generation Specialist

What You'll Do

• Research and identify potential B2B prospects based on client requirements.
• Build targeted company and contact lists.
• Find decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, Owners, Directors, Managers, and other relevant professionals.
• Research company information, industries, locations, and job titles.
• Collect accurate business contact information.
• Use LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and lead-generation platforms for research.
• Maintain and organize lead data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Verify and clean data before submission.
• Follow client-specific targeting criteria and instructions.
• Maintain high data accuracy and avoid duplicate records.
• Meet assigned daily or weekly lead-generation targets.

Required Skills

• Previous experience in B2B lead generation or web research.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Google search.
• Experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written English.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop.
