Community Marketing Manager

1. Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Community Marketing Specialist with a main focus on Reddit Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a good command of English, both written and verbal (professional level), and will be proficient in English content writing. A good understanding of the global digital marketing landscape is a plus. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

The Community Marketing Specialist will manage subreddits, implement marketing strategies, and oversee community engagement and growth. This also includes creating content for subreddits, collaborating with influencers, and hosting activities like AMAs and giveaways.

2. Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize various subreddits to ensure a positive user experience

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products/services on Reddit

- Engage with community members and foster discussions

- Collaborate with moderators and influencers to grow our brand presence

- Drive community growth through AMAs, giveaways, and partnerships

- Reddit and Facebook account creation and growth

- Conduct research and provide analytical reports on campaign performance

- Stay updated on Reddit trends and digital marketing best practices

3. Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Fresh grads welcome!)

- Strong written and verbal English skills (professional level)

- Proficiency in English content writing

- Understanding of Reddit’s features and community culture

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Passion for social media and online community building

- Well-organized with good time management skills and attention to details

- Global digital marketing experience is a plus
