The job
Your whole job is to be out in the community meeting people.
You'll book events at apartment communities, local employers, health fairs, senior communities, recreation centers, and neighborhood gatherings, and then you'll host them. Each event has food, a quick sign-up for anyone who wants a new dentist, and a welcome gift for everyone who signs up. You get people in the door. Our patient coordinators take it from there.
This is not a desk job. If you like being in one place all day, this is the wrong role.
What you'll do
- Build your list of apartment communities, property managers, employers, community organizations, and local events
- Call, email, and stop by to pitch events. Property managers are always looking for resident events, and your job is to make saying "yes" easy
- Keep the calendar full: about three events a week, booked a month or more ahead
- Set up, host, and break down every event
- Run the sign-up process so every lead lands in our system correctly
- Take photos and short videos at events for our marketing team
- Track what's working (venues, days, times, sign-ups) and send a short weekly recap
- Bring us new ideas. You'll see what works before anyone else does
Who does well here
We care much more about how you work than where you've worked. You don't need dental or marketing experience. We'll teach you what you need to know about our practices.
You'll probably recognize yourself if you've:
- Booked or worked events for a venue or brand as a brand ambassador, event staffer, or demo rep: wineries, breweries, golf courses, distributors, home shows, expos, retail activations
- Worked in hospitality (bartending, serving, hotels) or anywhere your job was making strangers feel welcome fast
- Done field sales, membership sales, or any job where you built your own week
- Run community programs, volunteer events, or anything where you had to fill a calendar
What actually matters:
- You like talking to strangers, and they warm up to you fast
- You can get a quiet room talking
- You're comfortable calling someone who doesn't know you and asking for something
- A "no" doesn't ruin your afternoon
- You can run your own week without anyone checking on you
- You keep your calendar organized weeks ahead, not days
- You're comfortable on camera
Why this job
- You do one thing well: fill the calendar and work the room. Someone else makes every follow-up call, and someone else runs the ads.
- You're paid for all of your time. Hourly pay covers booking, driving, setup, and events. Every sign-up pays on top of that, starting with your first event.
- You'll know exactly how you're doing. Every sign-up is tracked by event in real time, and you'll see your numbers.
- You're building something. You'll shape the venue list, the relationships, and the playbook for what works.
- There's room to grow. The program is just getting started, and the right person will have more to take on as it builds.
Why people stay here
Stanbrick Dental Group is a locally owned dental organization with 9 practices, 20+ doctors, and 150+ team members across the Denver metro. We've been doing this for 26 years.
People don't just join Stanbrick, they stay. Half our team has been here 3 or more years, a quarter more than 5, and 11 people more than a decade.
In July we asked everyone who works here one question: would you recommend Stanbrick as a place to work? 94% of the team answered, and the result put us in the range engagement research calls an exceptional team member experience.
Patients feel it too. Across our practices we average 4.9 stars on more than 5,500 Google reviews. People don't leave 5,500 reviews at that rating because of the equipment.
